INSTRUCTION
In this project, we required to create a stop motion video by given a theme
We can have a partner in this project
and my partner was Ahmed Riyan Mohamed Didi (0336021)
First, we decided our theme
Our inspiration came from this Youtuber (https://www.youtube.com/@Rabbert/videos)
and we also found some visual reference through Pinterest

We decide to make a mixed media video that combines animation with a stop motion video , an animated character will interact with a human.
Our animated character called Beemo, so our theme was 'A Day In The Garden With Beemo'
Riyan will doing the shooting for scene, includes outside scenes
and I going to sketch the animated character by using Procreate Dream
Scenes shot by Riyan👇
After he uploaded the scenes, I imported them to Procreate Dream and started to sketch the character in the scenes
Procreate Dream is a fresh app I never used it
But fortunately, I was able to adapt to it quickly
I sketched the character frame bv frame and added a new frame in Flipbook to make it animated.

It took me quite a while to complete the sketching task. Once I finished, I compiled all the frames into a complete video and uploaded it to Google Drive for Riyan to edit.
Riyan enhanced the video by adding sound dubbing and sound effects. He also worked on color grading and applied various video effects to make the final product more dramatic and visually appealing.

FINAL VIDEO
REFLECTION
Sketching a character in Procreate Dream and turning it into a stop-motion video was a truly rewarding experience. Procreate Dream made it easy to experiment with details and refine the design, transitioning the static artwork into a stop-motion video was both challenging and exciting, as it required careful planning and frame-by-frame adjustments to ensure smooth movement.
I felt incredible fulfilling when I saw the final animation~Thank you Riyan my partner..
