OVERALL REFLECTION
Looking back on the Video Sound Production module, I’ve learned so much that has completely changed how I think about creating videos. Before touch this module, I thought editing video is a boring thing. Using After Effects and Premiere Pro has been both exciting and challenging. At first, the software felt overwhelming, but as I worked through projects, I started to see how powerful they are for editing and adding effects to bring ideas to life.
One of the most fun parts was creating a stop-motion video. It took a lot of patience, but seeing the final product made it all worth it. Working on VFX videos was another highlight—it felt amazing to experiment with adding effects that made a scene look more dramatic or interesting!
Shooting for production gave me a new appreciation for the importance of good planning, from setting up the right angles to getting the lighting just right. I also learned how crucial sound is to a project. Sound dubbing and sound shaping taught me how audio can completely change the feel of a scene, whether it’s adding emotion or making everything sound polished.
In the end, I'm so appreciate of meeting my lecturer and my classmates, they helped me so much in this module~ I’m excited to keep exploring and improving these skills in future projects!
